For this one user I have tried refreshing the list, doing an offline repair, online repair, and complete reinstallation, as well as installing Office from another users O365 account whose custom add-in does work on their own computer. Is your Dynamics AX tab missing from the Excel menu, even though the Dynamics AX Office add-ins has been installed?
